I got the SUPCASE screen protector with my case, it was disappointing from the start. No matter how much I tried to smooth it out, there were still little bubbles along the edges, and the screen didn’t feel as responsive or natural to use afterward.

After about a week, it already had scratches and even a small crack, and I hadn’t dropped my phone or done anything rough with it. It felt like something totally preventable if the quality had been better. I ended up ordering a different brand because this one just wasn’t worth it for me

I expected the warranty to actually mean something, but when I tried to file a claim, I couldn’t get any real help. It felt like a bait and switch, great promises up front, then nothing when you actually need support.

I bought a case from Supcase i was kind of disappointed when it showed up. It’s not like it’s awful or anything, but for the price?? I expected a little more.

The case feels fine, but not really premium. I’ve used cheaper cases before that felt just as sturdy, so I kept wondering what I was actually paying extra for??

Maybe other people will like it more than I did, but for me the value just isn’t there. I wouldn’t buy it again unless the price was way lower.

As someone who likes to get my phone protected right away, the wait was frustrating. I ordered a case from supcase.com and the shipping took way longer than I thought it would. The tracking didn’t update for days, so it felt like the package was just sitting somewhere. The case itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the whole waiting process was annoying. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly

I don’t know, the material just feels really hard and plasticky in my hand. Not very comfortable to hold, and it kind of gives off that cheap feel like... yeah, I was expecting better.

I’m annoyed with this case. The belt clip snapped after just a week of normal use, and my phone ended up falling twice because of it. That’s exactly what a case is supposed to prevent, not cause. Definitely not buying this one again.

Overall, the case feels well-made and does a good job protecting the phone, which I appreciate. That said, it definitely adds more bulk and weight than I expected. My pocket feels chunky now, so while it’s a reliable case, it’s not the most comfortable for everyday carry.

I really wanted to like this case, but it makes wireless charging barely work for me. I have to shift the phone around a bunch, and even then it only connects sometimes. Support basically told me to “try repositioning it on the charger” and “make sure the case is seated properly,” which I did, but it’s still annoying honestly...

I don’t get why this has to be so complicated, but MagSafe barely works with this case on. The magnet feels way too weak, and my charger doesn’t stay attached like it should. Frustrating.

I had a simple question, but support took days to get back to me!!! By the time they replied, it didn’t really feel that helpful either!!!

The case itself feels sturdy, so I wanted to like it, but the cutouts are just not right. The charging port opening is so tight that my charger won’t fit unless I really push it in, which is annoying. The speaker holes also seem a little blocked because the sound comes out muffled. Like, make it make sense, how is it protective but not lined up properly? Definitely not what I was expecting

I picked up this supcase case thinking it looked solid, and it does look fine on the phone. But after about a week, the side buttons started driving me nuts. The power button takes a weirdly hard press, and the volume buttons only work when they feel like it. I was standing in my kitchen trying to lower a podcast while making coffee, and I had to press it three times just to get it to respond.

I took the case off, wiped the phone down, snapped it back on, and it was the same deal. Nothing seems cracked or misaligned, so I guess it’s just the way the buttons are made. It protects the phone okay, but using it every day feels more annoying than it should. I wouldn’t buy this one again.

At first glance, the case actually looked nice, so I’ll give it credit for making a good first impression. Unfortunately, once you hold it, it feels a lot cheaper than it looks. I feel a little embarrassed admitting this, but this case is just so slippery in my hand. The edges also make it awkward and uncomfortable to hold, and I’ve already dropped my phone twice because of it. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

I bought this SUPCASE mainly because I wanted better camera protection, which is kind of funny considering my lenses still ended up with scratches after normal use. The raised edge around the camera just feels way too low to actually do much. I’m careful with my phone, so I wasn’t exactly tossing it around like a set of keys. The case is also bulky, so naturally I assumed that extra bulk was doing something useful. Apparently not. I wouldn’t buy it again.
